This includes pre-concentration, the analysis, and a full individual report\nwith interpretation on the basis of the analytical data and (optional) additional information given by customer.\nA reduced price of <strong>800 \u20ac<\/strong> (Euro) is given to customers with \u201dMC\u201d status.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Minimum sample volume is <strong>1000 mL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>For reclaim waters, IPA, TMA, DMSO and others can be determined. As no pre-concentration is necessary, the standard analysis scheme can be applied.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n[\/tab]\n\n[tab title=\"Summaric DOC\"]\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>DOC-LABOR also offers summaric DOC-analyses, particularly for waters below 200 ppb.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>The minimum order volume is 100 \u20ac (Euro) (2x DOC).<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Minimum sample volume is 10 mL.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n[\/tab]\n\n[\/tabs]--><\/p>\n<h4>Reports to customers<\/h4>\n<p>Reports are sent to customer by e-mail typically within two days after receipt of samples in pdf-format.<\/p>\n<p>Reports are treated confidentially and are the exclusive property of customers.<\/p>\n<p>Reports in Word-format are sent upon special request only.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Invoicing<\/h4>\n<p>We generally accept the purchase conditions of our customers.<\/p>\n<p>Within Europe invoices are usually sent by standard mail few weeks after completion of work.<br \/>\nFor overseas customers invoices are usually sent by email (pdf).
